Prosciutto di Parma has been my favourite snack for as long as I can remember. From lunch panini, “merenda” snacks to Aperitivo, I still can never get enough! I came to Canada when I was 10 and I absolutely loved it here. But, I really missed the sweet, melt in your mouth taste I grew up with. When Prosciutto di Parma made it to Canada I finally felt at home. I just have one thing to say:
'Cara Parma, grazie! Love, Canada.'
